RAMALLAH, Monday, August 05, 2019 (WAFA) – Weather today is hot to very hot with temperature remaining 3°C above its seasonal average, said the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).
Wind is southwesterly to northwesterly and light to moderate. Sea waves are low.
A slight drop in temperature is expected tomorrow, yet remaining above its annual average by around 2°C.
No change in temperature is expected on Wednesday and Thursday.
PMD warned people against prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, especially during the peak hours between 11 am and 4 pm, as well as against setting fire to areas where dry grass has grown.
