GAZA, May 18, 2025 (WAFA) – Nine citizens were killed and others injured on Sunday evening by Israeli airstrikes on Gaza City and Jabalia.

WAFA correspondents reported that seven citizens were killed and others were injured when an Israeli drone bombed a group of citizens digging a water well near the "Abbad al-Rahman" school in the Saftawi neighborhood, north of Gaza City.

Two citizens were also killed and several others were injured when Israeli aircraft bombed the home of the Labad family in the al-Faluja area of ​​Jabalia camp, north of the Gaza Strip.

Israeli warplanes also bombed the vicinity of the European Hospital east of Khan Yunis, south of the Gaza Strip.

Medical sources in the Gaza Strip announced the deaths of 140 citizens in intensive Israeli airstrikes since dawn today, 69 of them in Gaza City and the northern Gaza Strip.

Since October 7, 2023, the Israeli occupation has been committing crimes of genocide in the Gaza Strip, leaving approximately 174,000 citizens dead or wounded, most of them children and women, and more than 11,000 missing.
