HEBRON, Tuesday, March 26, 2019 (WAFA) – Israeli forces Tuesday placed new surveillance cameras on a number of houses in the Old City of Hebron, the occupied West Bank.
WAFA correspondent said Israeli forces placed a number of smart security cameras on the rooftop of several homes belonging to ‘Arafa, al-Sherbati, and al-Hamooz families.
The residents told WAFA correspondent that this Israeli move comes as part of the occupation’s attempts to impose its control over the Old City of Hebron and the Ibrahimi Mosque in order to expand the settlement area there, and considered it a violation of their privacy.
