GAZA, May 19, 2025 (WAFA) – Six civilians were killed and dozens of others were injured on Monday evening in Israeli shelling that targeted multiple areas across the Gaza Strip.
According to medical sources in Gaza, three civilians were killed and 15 others were injured in an airstrike that hit a tent sheltering displaced persons in the Al-Mawasi area, west of Khan Yunis in southern Gaza.
Three more civilians were killed and several others were wounded in a separate airstrike targeting a group of civilians near Al-Saftawi junction, north of Gaza City.
Additionally, 10 people, mostly women and children, were injured after an Israeli strike bombed the home of the Mousa family in Deir al-Balah, in the central Strip.
Medical sources also reported that a total of 63 Palestinians have been killed in Israeli airstrikes across the Gaza Strip since early Monday, including 16 from Khan Yunis alone.
