RAMALLAH, Sunday, March 24, 2019 (WAFA) - Prime Minister-Designate Mohammad Shtayeh met separately with UNRWA Commissioner-General Pierre Krähenbühl and UN Special Coordinator for the Middle East Peace Process, Nickolay Mladenov in his office in Ramallah.

Shtayeh, in two separate meetings, discussed the role of the UN institutions and the international community in supporting the Palestinian government and people to achieve their goals of ending the Israeli occupation and establishing their independent state of Palestine.

He further discussed the political and economic challenges facing the Palestinian Authority (PA) due to the American and Israeli measures.
