RAMALLAH, Saturday, February 09, 2019 (WAFA) – A drop in temperature is expected for Saturday with chance of rain and thunderstorms expected on most areas, said the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Winds are southwesterly to westerly, light to moderate and sea waves are low to medium.

Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 11°C and a low of 7°C and in Ramallah and Hebron, a high of 10°C and a low of 6°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea and the Jordan Valley, temperature is expected to reach a high of 20°C and a low of 11°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 18°C and a low of 12°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.

Rain and thunderstorms are also expected for Sunday but another drop in temperature.

A slight chance of rain is expected for Monday with no change in temperature, which rises on Tuesday to become at around its annual average for this time of the year, said the PMD.
