RAMALLAH, Sunday, December 23, 2018 (WAFA) – Weather on Sunday is generally cold during the day and extremely cold at nighttime. Partially cloudy to clear skies are expected, with a slight rise in temperature and a very little chance of rain on some areas, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Wind is northwesterly to westerly and light to moderate. Sea waves are low.

Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 14°C and a low of 8°C and in Ramallah and Hebron, a high of 13°C and a low of 7°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea and the Jordan Valley, temperature is expected to reach a high of 22°C and a low of 13°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 21°C and a low of 13°C in Gaza and the coast.

No change in weather conditions are expected for Monday, Christmas Eve, but a rise in temperature is expected for Tuesday, Christmas day, which is also a national holiday in Palestine.

People are warned against low horizontal visibility as a result of the prevalence of fog.
