GAZA, Wednesday, October 17, 2018 (WAFA) – Naji Jamal Zaaneen, 25, was the first Palestinian fatality in the Israeli airstrikes on the Gaza Strip that started early Wednesday, according to the Ministry of Health.
Zaaneen, from Beit Hanoun in the north of the Gaza Strip, was killed when Israeli warplanes bombed a location north of Beit Lahiya, also north of Gaza.
The strike damage several homes in the area.
At least 14 people were injured, one critical, throughout the Gaza Strip in the airstrikes, which Israel claims came after a rocket fired from Gaza fell on an Israeli house in Beer Sheba, south of Israel.
