RAMALLAH, June 24, 2018 (WAFA) - Three Palestinian minors from occupied Jerusalem who were detained by the Israeli police said they were physically and verbally tortured during interrogation at the Russian Compound in West Jerusalem.

Hiba Masalha, a lawyer of the Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs Commission was allowed to visit the three minors - Musatafa Abu Snaineh, 15, Nabil Sader, 16, and Hisham Bshiti, 17 - in Megido prison and reported on their affidavits.

The lawyer said the minors informed her that they were tortured during interrogation at the Russian Compound.

All three said in an affidavit that they were brutally beaten while they were waiting in the Russian compound for only waving back at their families who were calling out their names while waiting at the entrance of the detention center.
