GAZA, May 18, 2018 (WAFA) – More than 56 Palestinians, including two journalists and a paramedic, were injured by Israeli forces or suffocated from teargas inhalation on Friday as the forces attacked the protesters in the ongoing Great March of Return along the eastern border with the Gaza Strip.
WAFA correspondent said Israeli forces attacked the protesters who were demonstrating at many locations along Gaza-Israel border, injuring 23 of them with gunfire and causing many others to suffocate from teargas inhalation.
Over 90 Palestinians have been shot dead and thousands injured by Israeli forces since the beginning of the ongoing Great March of Return at Gaza-Israel border on March 30. Most of the casualties occurred on May 14 when the forces killed 60 Palestinians.
