PEX report: index ‘up’ at start of week’s trading

NABLUS, August 13, 2017 (WAFA) – The ‘Al-Quds Index‘ of the Palestine Exchange closed Sunday trading at 563.82 points, up by 1.40 points (0.25%) compared to the last trading session. 

A Total of 1,592,102 shares were traded with a value of $2,303,392.44 executed during 335 transactions. 

Shares of 21 companies were traded. Share price increased in eight companies whereas decreased in five companies.

Top five gainers: VOIC by (4.95%), GMC by (4.62%), APIC by (1.06%), BPC by (0.99%), and PIIC by (0.89%).

Top five decliners: PRICO by (-3.51%), AIB by (-1.1%), TNB by (-1.1%), MIC by (-0.93%), and QUDS by (-0.57%).
