RAFAH, June 8, 2017 (WAFA) – A Palestinian who was critically injured on Wednesday in an explosion in the city of Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip, died later that night, medical sources said on Thursday.
The Palestinian was identified as Ibrahim Abu al-Naja, 51.
The Hamas military wing, al-Qassam Brigades, described Abu al-Naja as one of its military leaders in Rafah.
It said he was killed in a military training base.
Three other people were admitted to hospital with wounds caused by the explosion.
