RAMALLAH, June 7, 2017 (WAFA) – Weather on Wednesday is hot in mountainous areas and very hot in the Jordan Valley, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD.)

Temperatures are set to rise and approach seven degrees Celsius higher than the seasonal average. Wind is northeasterly to southeasterly, light to moderate. Sea waves are low.

The PMD also predicts weather on Thursday to be hot to very hot. Temperatures are expected to rise and approach eight degrees Celsius higher than the seasonal average.

Friday’s weather continues to be hot to very hot, while temperatures are set slightly drop and approach six degrees Celsius higher than the seasonal average.

Temperatures are set to significantly drop and approach the seasonal average on Saturday with clear and pleasant conditions, especially in mountainous areas.

The PMD warns citizens against direct exposure to sunlight on Thursday and Friday, especially in peak hours.
