RAMALLAH, May 27, 2017 (WAFA) – The Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) condemned on Friday the bus terror attack in Egypt the day before that left 22 Coptic Christians, many of them children, dead, and dozens more injured.
“On behalf of the Palestinian leadership and the people of Palestine, we strongly condemn (the) terrorist attack,” PLO Executive Committee member Hanan Ashrawi said in a statement.
“We are deeply saddened and horrified by such a tragic and heartbreaking incident, and our thoughts and sympathies go out to the victims, their families and the Egyptian people,” she said.
