JENIN, May 21, 2017 (WAFA) – Hundreds of Palestinian traders Sunday blocked al-Jalama checkpoint and declared a commercial strike in protest of the Israeli arbitrary measures used against them when crossing into Israel for work, said a number of traders.

The sources told WAFA hundreds of traders gathered in the vicinity of the checkpoint refusing to cross while declaring a commercial strike in protest of the Israeli measures used against them.

The measures include the provocative and humiliating inspections, the frequent interrogations, and the specification of  certain times to enter Israel, which causes hours of delay for traders. Israel also revokes their entry permission under false pretexts.
