RAMALLAH, December 14, 2016 (WAFA) - The overall Consumer Price Index (CPI) for Palestine during November slightly decreased by 0.09% compared with October, the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics (PCBS) said on Wednesday.
CPI decreased by 0.12% in the West Bank and by 0.10% in Jerusalem, while it increased by 0.26% in Gaza Strip.
The change in CPI in Palestine for November is traced back to changes in prices of the following expenditure sub groups compared with previous month:

The CPI during November decreased by 1.15% compared with November 2015 (by 1.68% in Gaza Strip, by 1.18% in the West Bank, and with a slight decrease by 0.06% in Jerusalem).
The CPI during the first eleven months of 2016 decreased by 0.14% compared with the same period of the previous year (by 1.09% in Jerusalem, by 0.73% in Gaza Strip, and with a slight decrease by 0.02% in the West Bank).
