Israeli forces detain seven Palestinians from West Bank

RAMALLAH, November 30, 2016 (WAFA) – Israeli forces Wednesday detained seven Palestinians, including six minors, mostly during predawn raids across a number of West Bank districts, said Palestine Prisoner’s Society.

In the southern West Bank, Israeli forces detained three Palestinian minors after storming and ransacking their families homes during a raid into al-Arrub refugee camp, south of Hebron.

The minors are reportedly aged between 15 and 16 years.

Two other Palestinians were detained from the southern West Bank district of Hebron

In the northern West Bank, Israeli troops raided Dhanaba locality, east of Tulkarem, detaining a Palestinian man.

Besides, a young Palestinian man was handcuffed and detained reportedly for approaching the section of Israel’s segregation wall built on lands confiscated from Anin village, northwest of Jenin.

This came several hours after a total of eight Palestinians were detained Tuesday night from Ramallah and Jerusalem districts.

Five of the detainees, including three 12-year-old minors, were detained from Deir Nidham village, northwest of Ramallah, while two others were detained after being stopped at the Atara military checkpoint, north of Ramallah.

The eighth detainee was reportedly a 14-year-old minor from Jerusalem.
