HEBRON, March 28, 2016 (WAFA) – Israeli authorities on Monday ordered a Palestinian in the town of Idna, to the west of Hebron, to halt the ongoing construction of a commercial workshop in the town, according to local sources.
A source from Idna municipality told WAFA that Israeli troops accompanied by staff from the Israeli Civil Administration notified Khaled Batran, a local Palestinian, to stop the construction of a commercial workshop of his own in the town.
To be noted, Israel rarely grants construction permits to Palestinians in Area C, under full Israeli administrative and military control, forcing those living in such areas to embark on construction without obtaining a permit.
