RAMALLAH, July 30,
2015 (WAFA) – Weather on Thursday is relatively sunny and hot as temperatures continue
to rise, approaching about 4-5 degrees Celsius above the seasonal average,
according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department.
Winds are
northwesterly to northeasterly and light to moderate. Sea waves are low.
Temperatures are
expected to remain steady on Friday, remaining at 4-5 degrees Celsius above
seasonal average.
Temperatures are
expected to significantly rise further on Saturday through Sunday, approaching
8-9 degrees Celsius above annual average.
However on Monday,
temperatures are expected to drop, but remain above the annual average by 6-7
degrees Celsius.
The weather department
warned against prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, especially in the peak
day hours between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m.
