Al-Ayyam reported that the venerable British medical journal, the Lancet, has come under attack for taking a stance against Israel’s latest war on Gaza.

Al-Hayat al-Jadida reported on UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestinian Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) as warning that the situation in Gaza is characterized by famine and urging donors to fulfill their commitments they have previously made during the Cairo-based Gaza Reconstruction conference.
