JENIN, January 21, 2014 (WAFA) – Around 1500 birds died in a
fire that erupted early Tuesday in a poultry farm in the village of Anza to the
south of Jenin, a civil defense report said.
The blaze also caused massive damage to the water and
electricity systems and destroyed sacks of animal feed before the civil defense
was able to put the fire out.
