HEBRON, May 22, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces on Friday evening sealed off roads in the village of Husan, west of Bethlehem, according to a local official.
Head of the Husan Village Council, Rami Hamamreh, told WAFA that Israeli forces stormed the village and positioned themselves at the eastern entrance, where they closed a secondary road with earth barriers before later sealing another road near the western entrance.
The occupation forces also closed the main entrance leading to the center of the village, in the Al-Matina area, using earth barriers and rocks.
The occupation forces have recently intensified their measures against Husan, including the closure of the Al-Matina area on the main road, as well as several secondary entrances leading to the village center.
