TUBAS, August 6, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation authorities on Thursday released the body of a slain Palestinian from the occupied West Bank governorate of Tubas, according to the Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS).
It said that its crews received the body of Alaa Subaih at the Tayasir military checkpoint and transferred it to the Turkish Hospital in Tubas, where arrangements are underway ahead of his funeral.
Subaih, 28, was shot dead by Israeli soldiers near the village of Tayasir, east of Tubas, on April 8. His body had been withheld before being released today.
