NABLUS, August 2, 2026 (WAFA) — Israeli occupation forces detained two Palestinians during a predawn raid in the eastern area of Nablus on Sunday, according to Palestinian security sources.
The sources said Israeli forces stormed neighborhoods in eastern Nablus, raided and searched several homes, and detained two citizens: Ahmad Hussein Dweikat, director of the Madid Charitable Society from Askar al-Balad, and Fadel al-Kurdi from Jerusalem Street.
The forces also raided the town of Tell, southwest of Nablus, where they searched several homes. No detentions were reported there.
