RAMALLAH, November 12, 2025 (WAFA) – Doctors Without Borders (MSF) said that the humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip remains dire a month after the fragile ceasefire, noting the continued daily casualties from Israeli army fire, particularly near the "Yellow Line," amidst severe restrictions on aid entry.
In a statement released Wednesday, MSF's Emergency Coordinator, Caroline Seguin, affirmed that many Palestinians are risking their lives to return to check on their homes, while major hospitals are located in areas controlled by the Israeli army, complicating access to medical care.
She added that Israeli authorities are obstructing the entry of essential aid such as medicine, shelter supplies, and hygiene kits, emphasizing that the current suffering is "entirely avoidable."
She pointed out that thousands of displaced people are living in tents lacking water and electricity, amidst accumulating garbage and outbreaks of skin, respiratory, and digestive diseases, as winter approaches.
MSF called for the immediate and unimpeded entry of humanitarian aid into Gaza.
