JERUSALEM, November 7, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces assaulted a young Palestinian man this evening in the Bab al‑Amoud area of the Old City of Jerusalem, before detaining him.
The Jerusalem Governorate reported that Israeli forces detained a vendor after beating him while he was working in the Bab al‑Amoud area.
The incident took place during an arbitrary campaign conducted by occupation municipality teams, accompanied by police forces, targeting street vendors. The operation involved assaults on several vendors, confiscation of their goods, and their forcible removal from the area.
