BRUSSELS, October 3, 2025 (WAFA) — Belgian Foreign Minister Maxime Prévot announced on Thursday that he has summoned Israel’s ambassador to Belgium following the attack on the Global Sumud Flotilla in international waters.
In a post on X, Prévot described the incident as “a matter of serious concern.” He added that seven Belgian citizens are among those detained and emphasized that securing their prompt return to Belgium is a top priority.
