CALIFORNIA, July 14, 2025 (WAFA) – Human rights and humanitarian organizations in San Pedro, California, organized a new protest as part of a series of weekly events calling for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza.
The demonstration was attended by CODEPINK San Pedro, San Pedro Neighbors for Peace, and FreePress. Dozens of people gathered in front of the South Bay Galleria shopping mall, chanting, "No return to normal life until a ceasefire is declared."
The event is part of an ongoing campaign in solidarity with the Palestinian people, demanding that the US administration halt military support for Israel and end what the organizers described as "international silence regarding the daily massacres in Gaza."
The speakers emphasized that "the protests will continue weekly until an immediate end to the war is achieved and those responsible for violations against civilians are held accountable."
