HEBRON, July 8, 2025 (WAFA) – Colonists set up a tent and a sheep pen on Tuesday on lands in the town of Sa'ir, northeast of Hebron.
Local sources said that a number of colonists erected a tent and a sheep pen on top of Mount Hamroush in the town, owned by several families. This is part of a pastoral colonization plan supported by the occupation government to impose a new reality at the expense of citizens' lands.
It should be noted that last month, colonists attempted to seize vast areas of land in the Jourat al-Khail area, east of the town, after forcing citizens and shepherds to leave the area.
Colonists continue to graze their sheep around citizens' homes and pastoral and agricultural lands in several communities and villages in Masafer Yatta, as part of their forcible displacement from their lands.
