JERUSALEM, July 6, 2025 (WAFA) — Israeli occupation authorities summoned 15 Palestinian lawyers from occupied Jerusalem for interrogation on Sunday over their participation in the recent Palestinian Bar Association elections.
Lawyers Medhat Deebeh and Hamza Qutina, who are representing the summoned individuals, confirmed that 12 out of the 15 lawyers have already been interrogated.
They described the proceedings as “unnecessary and baseless,” adding that the investigation process is expected to conclude within the coming hours.
