RAMALLAH, December 3, 2024 (WAFA) – The Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) Executive Committee Tuesday evening reiterated the need for the immediate cessation of the Israeli genocidal aggression on Gaza.

The PLO Executive Committee reiterated this call during a meeting in the occupied West Bank city of Ramallah.

During the meeting, the Committee discussed the recent developments on the Palestinian arena, particularly the escalating Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, including Jerusalem.

It affirmed the Palestinian leadership’s priorities, at the top of which is the immediate cessation of the Israeli aggression on Gaza, the withdrawal of the occupation forces from all parts of the Strip and the expedited entry of humanitarian aid to mitigate the impacts of the humanitarian catastrophe in the Strip.

It unanimously adopted a set of procedures to guarantee the realization of the Palestinian people’s national rights and political principles of freedom, independence and the establishment of the Palestinian state, with Jerusalem as its capital.
