HEBRON, September 1, 2024 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Idhna on Sunday, sealing off the roads leading to the town, located west of Hebron in the south of the occupied West Bank.
Local sources informed WAFA that the Israeli forces closed off the main entrances to the town, deploying a large number of troops and tightening restrictions on the movement of residents in and out of the town.
The Israeli forces claimed that the closure was imposed after three Israeli police officers were killed in a shooting attack near the Tarqumiya military checkpoint, located south of Hebron, early this morning.
