NABLUS, September 2, 2026 (WAFA) – Prime Minister Mohammad Mustafa stated on Wednesday that the Palestinian government was pursuing five clear national priorities on the path to freedom and independence for our people.
Speaking during the Opening of Nablus Expo 2026, Prime Minister Mustafa added that the government has enacted the Competition Law and granted national products preference in government procurement.
He added that it has developed industrial licensing and electronic company registration systems and completed draft laws to promote investment and public-private partnerships, alongside amendments to the Companies Law.
He noted that the goal is a better investment environment, greater space for the private sector, and stronger capacity for growth and job creation in the Palestinian market.
He pointed out that the government seeks to move from resilience and survival to state-building and economic transformation.
“Our people practice resilience every day, and our duty is to support and empower them to remain, work, and produce,” he concluded.
