GAZA, August 31, 2024 (WAFA) – Two Palestinians were killed and several others injured today in an Israeli airstrike targeting the city of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip.

Local sources reported that an Israeli drone struck a group of individuals in the Shakush area, located northwest of Rafah. The attack resulted in the murder of two people and left others wounded.

The ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza since October 2023 has so far resulted in 40,602 documented Palestinian fatalities, with over 93,855 others injured.

Thousands of victims are feared trapped under rubble, inaccessible to emergency and civil defense teams due to Israeli attacks.
