RAMALLAH, Wednesday, January 11, 2023 (WAFA) – Weather today is partly cloudy and cold in daytime, particularly in the mountains, with no significant change in temperature, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).
Weather tonight is partly cloudy to cloudy and cold to very cold. Moderate to occasionally strong southeasterly wind blows. Sea waves are low.
Temperature in the capital, Jerusalem, and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 13°C and a low of 8°C and in Ramallah and Hebron a high of 12°C and a low of 7°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea, and the Jordan Valley temperature is expected to reach a high of 21°C and a low of 14°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 19°C and a low of 13°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.
Thursday’s temperature is set to remain steady with partly cloudy to cloudy and cold conditions in daytime, particularly in the mountains, and cold to very cold conditions in nighttime. Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms are expected in the evening and night hours starting in the north.
Friday’s temperature is set to slightly drop, with partly cloudy to cloudy and cold conditions in daytime and very cold conditions in the early morning and night hours. The chance remains for scattered rainfall and isolated thunderstorms.
Partly cloudy to cloudy and relatively cold to cold conditions are expected in daytime and very cold conditions in the early morning and night hours of Saturday. The chance remains for scattered rainfall with isolated thunderstorms, particularly in the north.
