RAMALLAH, Sunday, January 8, 2023 (WAFA) – Weather today in Palestine is partially cloudy and cold during the day time and very cold at night, particularly in mountainous areas, with a slight rise in temperature and a little chance of scattered rain over some areas, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).
Winds are southwesterly to southwesterly and light to moderate, while sea waves are low.
Temperature in the capital, Jerusalem, and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 15°C and a low of 8°C, and in Ramallah and Hebron a high of 14°C and a low of 7°C are expected. In Jericho, the Dead Sea, and the Jordan Valley temperature is expected to reach a high of 23°C and a low of 14°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 20°C and a low of 13°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.
The country is expected to be affected by a state of atmospheric instability on Monday, with partly cloudy skies and a drop in temperature. Sporadic rain showers are expected over most areas as of noon hours.
Temperatures are expected to rise on Tuesday with a little chance of rain over some areas.
Similar weather conditions are expected to prevail on Wednesday, with no significant change in temperature.
