RAMALLAH, Monday, January 2, 2023 (WAFA) - Partly cloudy to clear skies and cold conditions are expected today in Palestine with a slight drop in temperature, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).
A slight chance of scattered rain showers is expected.
Winds are southeasterly to easterly, active with strong gusts at times reaching 60 km/h, and sea waves are low.
Temperature in the capital, Jerusalem, and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 11°C and a low of 7°C, and in Ramallah and Hebron a high of 10°C and a low of 6°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea, and the Jordan Valley temperature is expected to reach a high of 21°C and a low of 11°C, and a high of 17°C and a low of 12°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.
Tuesday’s weather continues the same, said the PMD.
A slight drop in temperature is expected for Wednesday, also with a chance of rain over some areas.
Thursday's temperature is expected to rise, with a chance of scattered rain showers in some areas.
PMD warned citizens against strong winds.
