DOHA, Sunday, November 20, 2022 (WAFA) – President Mahmoud Abbas today attended the opening ceremony of FIFA 2022 World Cup, which kicked off today in al-Bayt Stadium, in the city of al-Khor in Qatar.
The President was officially invited to attend the ceremony by the Emir of Qatar Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani, who also invited a number of world leaders as well.
