RAMALLAH, Wednesday, October 19, 2022 (WAFA) – Weather today is partly cloudy and moderate in daytime, particularly in the mountains, with no change in the temperature, which remains seasonal, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Weather tonight is partly cloudy and relatively cold in the mountains and moderate in other districts. Light to moderate southwesterly to northwesterly wind blows. Sea waves are low.

Temperature in the capital, Jerusalem, and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 25°C and a low of 15°C and in Ramallah and Hebron a high of 24°C and a low of 14°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea, and the Jordan Valley temperature is expected to reach a high of 34°C and a low of 22°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 26°C and a low of 19°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.

Thursday’s temperature is set to slightly drop and become unseasonably low, paving the way to partly cloudy and moderate conditions in daytime, particularly in the mountains, and relatively cold conditions in the mountains in nighttime. A chance of sporadic light rainfall, mostly light, is expected until midday. Sporadic showers and isolated thunderstorms are expected from the afternoon.

Friday’s temperature is set to further slightly drop, paving the way to partly cloudy and moderate conditions, particularly in the mountains, and slightly to relatively cold conditions in nighttime. A slight chance remains for sporadic light rainfall.

The same weather conditions are expected for Saturday.
