Newspapers Review: Attempt on the life of professor Nasser Eddin al-Shaer highlighted in the dailies

RAMALLAH, Saturday, July 23, 2022 (WAFA) - The attempt on the life of Nasser Eddin al-Shaer, a professor at al-Najah University in the northern West Bank city of Nablus, and strong reactions to the attack, mainly the condemnation from President Mahmoud Abbas and other senior officials, were highlighted on the front page of the three Palestinian Arabic dailies - al-Hayat al-Jadida, al-Ayyam, and al-Quds – published today.

The newspapers also reported on the dozens of injuries caused during confrontations with Israeli occupation soldiers following peaceful marches against settlements in the West Bank, and the establishment of a new outpost in Masafer Yatta.
