RAMALLAH, Friday, May 27, 2022 (WAFA) – Weather today in Palestine is hot to very hot, dry and dusty with another rise in temperature, which becomes 5°C above the seasonal average, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Winds are northwesterly to northeasterly and light to moderate, while sea waves are low.

Temperature in the capital, Jerusalem, and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 30°C and a low of 20°C, and in Ramallah and Hebron a high of 29°C and a low of 19°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea, and the Jordan Valley temperature is expected to reach a high of 39°C and a low of 25°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 29°C and a low of 21°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.

Temperature is expected to rise further on Saturday, becoming 6°C above the seasonal average. Dry and hot conditions are expected.

Temperature is rises further on Sunday approaching 7°C above the seasonal average.

Similar weather conditions are expected for Monday, with no significant change in temperature.
