LONDON, Sunday, March 27, 2022 (WAFA) – A British pro-Israel group has demanded that that Spotify delete the music of UK rapper Lowkey, who's known for being a Palestine solidarity campaigner and a supporter of the Palestinian rights and people.
“The presence of Lowkey’s music is particularly offensive,” the Jewish News said in an interview this week with lobbyist Luke Akehurst, who is the director of a group called "We Believe in Israel."
The paper reported Wednesday that Akehurst’s group “Will be campaigning for Spotify to remove ‘dozens of instances of problematic material,’ including Lowkey’s [2009 track] Long Live Palestine – Part 2.”
