RAMALLAH, Saturday, March 26, 2022 (WAFA) – Weather today in Palestine is partly cloudy and cold in the mountains and warm in other areas, with a rise in temperature which nevertheless remains 5°C below the seasonal average, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).
Winds are westerly to northwesterly and light to moderate, while sea waves are low.
Temperature in the capital, Jerusalem, and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 12°C and a low of 6°C and in Ramallah and Hebron a high of 11°C and a low of 5°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea, and the Jordan Valley temperature is expected to reach a high of 20°C and a low of 11°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 16°C and a low of 11°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.
Temperature on Sunday is set to further slightly rise and approach 4°C below the seasonal average with partly cloudy to clear and moderate to relatively warm conditions in the mountains and warm conditions in other areas in daytime.
A further rise of temperature is expected on Monday, becoming seasonal and paving the way to mostly clear, sunny and warm conditions in daytime. Cold to very cold conditions are expected in the night.
Temperature rises further on Tuesday approaching 3°C above the seasonal average.
