RAMALLAH, Monday, March 07, 2022 (WAFA) – Weather today in Palestine is partially cloudy to cloudy and relatively cold with a significant drop in temperature, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

A chance of scattered rain showers is expected in some areas. Winds are southwesterly to northwesterly, moderate to active, and sea waves are low to medium.

Temperature in the capital, Jerusalem, and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 15°C and a low of 9°C and in Ramallah and Hebron a high of 14°C and a low of 8°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea, and the Jordan Valley temperature is expected to reach a high of 24°C and a low of 12°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 20°C and a low of 13°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.

Temperature rises again on Tuesday but drops on Wednesday. A chance of scattered rain showers over some areas is expected on Wednesday.

A low-pressure front is expected to affect the country on Thursday, thus temperature is expected to drop. Rain, along with thunderstorms at times, is expected in most areas.
