RAMALLAH, Saturday, February 26, 2022 (WAFA) – Weather today in Palestine is partly cloudy to cloudy and very cold with temperature becoming 6° lower than its annual average, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).
Scattered rain and occasional thunderstorms are expected in most areas during the day but taper off during the night.
Winds are southwesterly to westerly, moderate, and sea waves are medium.
Temperature in the capital, Jerusalem, and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 9°C and a low of 6°C and in Ramallah and Hebron a high of 8°C and a low of 5°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea, and the Jordan Valley temperature is expected to reach a high of 17°C and a low of 11°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 14°C and a low of 12°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.
Weather tomorrow, Sunday, is expected to be partly cloudy with a significant rise in temperature becoming around its annual average.
Warm conditions are expected on Monday and on Tuesday with a rise in temperature to become above the annual average by 2 to 3°, said the PMD.
