RAMALLAH, Thursday, February 24, 2022 (WAFA) – Weather today in Palestine is partially cloudy to cloudy, dusty at times and cold, with a significant drop in temperature, becoming 2° to 3°C lower than its annual average, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Scattered rain showers, along with thunderstorms at times, are expected on some areas.

Winds are southwesterly, moderate to active, and sea waves are medium to wavy.

Friday's weather is expected to be very cold and partially cloudy to cloudy as a low-pressure front is expected to affect the country. Temperature is expected to drop, approaching 3°C lower than its annual average. Scattered rain showers and thunderstorms are also expected. 

No change in weather conditions or temperature is expected for Saturday as the low pressure is expected to continue.

Weather on Sunday is expected to be partially cloudy with a significant rise in temperature, becoming around its annual average.

PMD warned citizens against flood formation, slippery roads, and low horizontal visibility.
