RAMALLAH, Tuesday, October 26, 2021 (WAFA) – Health Minister Mai Alkaila said seven people died of coronavirus in Palestine in the last 24 hours as 375 new cases were recorded.
She said in her daily report on the pandemic that five of the dead were in the Gaza Strip where 256 new cases were recorded, and two were in the West Bank where 119 new cases were confirmed.
A total of 789 patients have recovered in the Gaza Strip and 176 in the West Bank.
Alkaila said that 107 corona patients are getting treatment in hospitals, and 60 are in intensive care, while 15 are on ventilators.
She also said that almost 62,000 people have received the booster coronavirus shot in Palestine while almost 1.3 million have received the second shot.
