RAMALLAH, Tuesday, October 19, 2021 (WAFA) – Weather today is partly cloudy and relatively cold, particularly in the mountains, with a slight drop in temperature which approaches 5°C below the seasonal average, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).
Isolated light rainfall is expected on some districts. Partly cloudy and relatively cold conditions continue in the night. Moderate westerly to northwesterly wind blows, and becomes occasionally active. Sea waves are low to medium.
Temperature in the capital, Jerusalem, and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 20°C and a low of 14°C and in Ramallah and Hebron a high of 19°C and a low of 13°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea, and the Jordan Valley temperature is expected to reach a high of 29°C and a low of 20°C while it is expected to reach a high of 24°C and a low of 17°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.
No significant change is expected in the weather conditions on Wednesday.
Thursday’s temperature is set to rise and approach 2°C below the seasonal average, paving the way to partly cloudy and fair to warm conditions in daytime and slightly to relatively cold conditions in the night.
A further slight rise in temperature is expected on Friday with fair to warm conditions in most districts in daytime and slightly to relatively cold conditions in nighttime.
