RAMALLAH,
Thursday, October 07, 2021 (WAFA) – Weather today is mostly clear and
relatively hot to hot in daytime with a significant rise in temperature, which
approaches 3°C above the annual average, according to the Palestinian
Meteorological Department (PMD).
Weather tonight is partly cloudy to clear and slightly to relatively cold, particularly in the mountains. Light to moderate northwesterly to northeasterly wind blows in daytime, while moderate to occasionally active westerly to northwesterly wind blows in nighttime. Sea waves are low to medium.
Temperature in the capital, Jerusalem, and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 29°C and a low of 19°C and in Ramallah and Hebron a high of 28°C and a low of 18°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea, and the Jordan Valley temperature is expected to reach a high of 37°C and a low of 25°C while it is expected to reach a high of 30°C and a low of 23°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.
Friday’s temperature is set to further slightly rise and approach 4 to 5°C above the annual average, paving the way to mostly clear, relatively hot to hot and dry conditions in daytime. Mild to slightly cold conditions are expected in the morning and night hours.
Saturday’s temperature is set to slightly drop, paving the way to partly cloudy to clear and relatively hot to hot conditions. Mild to slightly cold conditions are expected in the morning and night hours.
The same weather conditions are expected for Sunday.
