RAMALLAH, Tuesday, September 21, 2021 (WAFA) – Relatively hot to hot conditions are still expected today in Palestine with no change in temperature, which remains 3°C above the seasonal average, while relatively moderate conditions are expected at night mainly in the mountainous areas, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).
Winds are northwesterly and light to moderate. Sea waves are low.
Temperature in the capital, Jerusalem, and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 31°C and a low of 20°C and in Ramallah and Hebron a high of 30°C and a low of 19°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea, and the Jordan Valley temperature is expected to reach a high of 40°C and a low of 28°C while it is expected to reach a high of 32°C and a low of 22°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.
Temperature is expected to drop on Wednesday but remains slightly above the annual average.
Partially cloudy and mild conditions are expected on Thursday with a significant drop in temperature, becoming 3°C below the seasonal average.
Another change in temperature is expected on Friday, becoming 5°C below the seasonal average, while weather conditions are expected to continue to be partially cloudy and relatively cold.
